We pack orders fast! If it’s been less than 1 hour since you ordered, get in touch and we’ll do our best. After that, your sweets are likely already being lovingly packed.

Head to our  build your own page, choose your container size (from a 500g pouch up to a 4kg mega bucket), then pick your sweets one scoop at a time. Each ‘pick’ is a 100g scoop (except on our 4kg buckets where its 200g). Fill it up, checkout, and we’ll pack it fresh for you!

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay & Google Pay, All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout.

Nope! You can order as little as a single pouch. However, we offer free delivery on orders over £45, so it’s worth stocking up!

We’re an online-only sweet shop, so all orders need to be placed through our website. If you need any help navigating the site, feel free to get in touch and we’ll walk you through it.

Standard delivery is £4.50. We offer free delivery on all orders over £45 . Next-day delivery is available for £6.00

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched on the following Monday.

Yes! Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm, Monday–Thursday. Select ‘Next Day’ at checkout for £6.00. Please note this isn’t available for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or Channel Islands.

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your sweets every step of the way.

Currently we only deliver within the UK mainland. We’re working on expanding to Europe — follow us on social media for updates!

Due to the nature of food products, we can’t accept returns of opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re genuinely unhappy, get in touch and we’ll make it right.

Take a photo of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. We want you to be over the moon with every order.

We’re sorry about that! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll send the correct items out to you ASAP at no extra cost.

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns based on taste preference, as our sweets are food products. But if you’re not sure what to pick, our Ready Made Mixes are a great way to try a curated selection!

Many of our sweets are! Look for the badges on our product cards. You can also filter by dietary requirements when browsing or building your own mix.

We label all known allergens on each product. However, please note that all our sweets are packed in a shared facility that handles nuts, milk, wheat, soya, and other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Some of our sweets are halal-friendly (those made with plant-based or bovine gelatine). We’re working on adding halal labelling to our site. In the meantime, feel free to ask us about specific products.

All our sweets have a minimum of 3 months before their best before date when dispatched. Many have 6–12 months. Best before dates are printed on all packaging.

We work with trusted UK and European confectionery suppliers. Many of our retro sweets are made right here in Britain — keeping the tradition alive!

Keep your sweets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the bag or transfer to an airtight container to keep them fresh. Chocolate sweets are best kept below 20°C.
