We know the wait between hitting checkout and tearing open your sweet bag is the longest part of the day, so we’ve kept things lovely and simple. Spend over £45 and your standard delivery is on us, completely free — it’ll arrive in 3 to 5 working days. If you can’t quite stretch to that, standard delivery is just £4.50 and turns up in the same 3 to 5 day window. In a proper hurry? Pop Next Day delivery in your basket for £6.00 and we’ll have your sweets racing to your door faster than you can say “just one more cola bottle.”

Here at Sweetorium we work hard to ensure the products you receive are of the same standard as you ordered. However, we understand that occasionally that may not be the case. Where items received are sent incorrectly or are damaged in transit we may need to refund or replace all or part of your order.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased from us.

Interpretation

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “The Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Sweetorium, 83 Sapcote Road, Burbage, Leics LE10 2AS.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to sweetorium.co.uk

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered, without giving a reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing hello@sweetorium.co.uk

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will us ethe same means of payment as you used to purchase the goods and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

The goods are in the original packaging

Goods sold passed their expiration date that were not labelled as such at the point of sale will be replaced or refunded

The following goods cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

Goods supplied which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over (excluding products that are sold past their expiry date and are not listed as being short dated).

Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygeine reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseperably mixed with other items.

The item returned is not as it was sold, for example, items were missing.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. You should return to goods to us at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for any goods damaged or lost in rreturn shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
